What does the assignment involve?

The assignment

Design ingestion and indexing pipelines for documents and data.
Build RAG-style assistants, evaluate them, put them into production.
Work with the Factory to turn the best use cases into products.

The profile

Python, Elasticsearch or equivalent, solid industrialisation practices.
Hands-on experience of language models in production, or a strong wish to get there.

And on the AI side?

Like every adalan consultant: at least 10% of your assignment time for AI, a Claude subscription, one training session a month, a referent per vertical, and a share of the margin through Kamelot.
