Lead a high-stakes Data and AI programme: roadmap, arbitration, governance.
Orchestrate business, data and IT teams, and the agents that assist them.
Design the programme’s augmented cockpit with the PMO.
Spot the use cases that deserve to become tools, with the Factory.

The profile

Solid experience of programme direction in a large group.
A stance that reassures, arbitrates and convinces at the highest level.
The will to grow across the four AI skills.

Like every adalan consultant: at least 10% of your assignment time for AI, a Claude subscription, one training session a month, a referent per vertical, and a share of the margin through Kamelot.
