Run programme steering: planning, risks, budget, committees.
Automate what can be automated: minutes, reporting, RACI, committee decks.
Build dashboards that anticipate instead of consolidating.

A first successful PMO experience on complex programmes.
A taste for tools: you have already automated part of your day, or you are dying to.

Like every adalan consultant: at least 10% of your assignment time for AI, a Claude subscription, one training session a month, a referent per vertical, and a share of the margin through Kamelot.
